ASI Security proudly announces the arrival of new Chief Operating Officer Torrence Henry, who joined the Virginia Beach security company on August 1. With more than 25 years of experience, Torrence brings his proven track record of sales leadership, people development and finance to the COO role.
Now responsible for overall operations of the company, Torrence will continue to drive profitable revenue growth while supporting the ASI team in providing outstanding client service. “My vision for the company is to ‘get back to the basic,’ and focus on the key drivers that make fire and security companies have sustainable, long-term growth,” he says. “That includes having the right mix of service and installations, as well as having the right systems in place to run the business.”
Torrence believes that discipline drives success — and that creating these disciplines will enable ASI Security to more deliberately, intentionally capture market share for the foreseeable future. Under his leadership, ASI Security will:
- Continue to expand throughout the Southeast region.
- Build infrastructure and solidify the core fundamentals of the business.
- Prepare to engage in aggressive acquisitions.
Torrence Henry holds an MBA in Finance and is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran. He is a dedicated father to four children, and a committed husband to his wife Itaria for 13 years.
