President
and Chief Executive Officer:
The majority stockholder, Joyce Riggins
Schaffer,
is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Financial
Planner. Joyce is actively involved in the day-to-day
operations
and is responsible for all financial aspects of ASi Security.
She
is committed to community responsibility as evidenced by her strong
role with the Virginia Peninsula Chamber of Commerce, the Rotary Club
of Oyster Point, and various other
memberships and civic organizations.
Vice-President:
Robert
“Bobby” Schaffer, Jr.,
General Manager has been in the security industry for over 35
years. Most recently, Bobby has worked toward designing and
providing all of the security and loss prevention services for Food
Lion, LLC throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. While managing the daily
operations of ASi Security, Bobby is devoted to developing strong
corporate partnerships with leading life-safety
manufacturers.
Central Station Manager/ Operations Manager; has over 35 years
experience in project management and four plus years in the central
station industry. Bobby is personally responsible for the
coordination of all ongoing jobs and service issues; he directs the
daily activities of seven technicians and manages a five diamond rated
central station. With a high level of involvement Bobby
manages
and maintains a strong relationship with several hospital and school
administrators along with all other clients.
Sales
Coordinator:
Douglas
“Doug” Perry,
Security Consultant and Director of Sales, has over 20 years of
experience in the security industry. Doug has developed a strong
relationship with many of the large commercial employers throughout the
region providing advanced integrated system life-safety solutions.
Named one of the top 10 security salesmen in the nation for two years,
Doug is committed to customer satisfaction and product excellence.
Office
Administrator:
Phyllis
Grainger;
Has over 33 years experience in business management. She delegates
responsibility to appropriate staff to ensure that the day to day
functions and assigned projects are carried out. She manages
the
staff that is responsible for the specific tasks and
assignment.
Implements maintenance of all office policies and procedures, oversees
Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and payroll. Phyllis
performs all Contract Management with a high level of involvement with
Bobby Schaffer, Doug Perry and David Mckinley. Phyllis identifies,
plans and implements the objectives set by the Chief Executive Director
and Vice President to ensure the organization’s overall effectiveness.
Director
of Information Technologies:
Blair
Hansford
has over 8 years experience in network administration, integration, and
maintenance. He works closely with our engineer as well as other
employees to identify and resolve computer related issues. He also
researches and implements new technology to enhance the productivity.
Inventory
Control/ Service Scheduling:
Bobby
“BJ” Ussery
has been with ASi for more than 2 years now. BJ works with technicians
and customers to ensure timely response when scheduling service calls.
He works with our in house engineer to purchase the best equipment for
your company’s needs.
System
Engineer/Estimator:
David
Mckinley
has over 20 years experience in the design, installation, and
maintenance of security systems. Dealing with all aspects of job
design, installation, and service, “Dave” applies his knowledge of the
security and fire industry to provide you with the best system for your
needs.
Cassandra
Rencher,
Central Station Manager, has four plus years in the central station
industry. She manages our five-diamond rated central
station. With a high level of involvement Cassandra manages
and
maintains a strong and friendly relationship with both her staff and
customers.
Daniel
Wesson,
Senior Technician has over 10 years experience in installing,
servicing, and integrating security, fire, access, and CCTV. Utilizing
his experience and knowledge, Dan handles most jobs that require
integrating different technologies and working with our subcontractors
on large installations.
Justin
Bragg,
Senior Technician has over 9 years of experience in the security and
fire alarm industry. Utilizing his experience and knowledge, Justin
handles most jobs that require integrating different technologies and
working with our subcontractors on large installations.
Tom
Lewis,
Senior National Accounts Technician has over 12 years experience in the
security and fire alarm industry. Tom is responsible for the
coordination and installation/service of security and fire alarm
systems in several of our regional accounts.
